I created these for my kids initially, a natural rainbow nightlight but too many other kids saw them on my instagram and so I had to share them with the world.

The secret beauty and my favourite part of these stones is that when you light the natural lamp underneath them, it penetrates their intense, deep colours into your bedroom creating a kaleidoscopic dream.

Simply place the stone on top of the light and turn it on the releasing the turquoise, green, purple into the world while it absorbs all negative energy and transforms it into positive light energy.

Welcome to the magic and mysterious world of gemstone luminescence. A world that fascinates and excites me on a daily basis. The science behind it is over my head, all I know is that earth makes stones that glow and each luminescent stone is unique to their own. Simply being near the light they emit, reminds me constantly that I am but a speck in a glorious, powerful and entirely magic universe.

Not being able to find UV Crystal lamps anywhere I decided Spirit Sisters by QTL would make some and bring that glowing lustrous colour into the homes of anyone who wants it.

The UV lights are mounted to a wooden block that measures 8cm by 8cm and has a USB plug. Please note you will need a USB power adapter which is not included.

Crystal Ethics

The concern of Crystal ethics came to my attention when I realised how hard it is to track where gemstones are mined. There is no international law governing the human rights and environmental impact mining them has.

Whilst the vast majority are mined and sold in ethical and fair conditions, the truth is that without visiting the mines ourselves we can not be 100% certain of the ethics involved. This is something we hope to do when the borders are open and we are free to travel again.

In the meantime, we are collecting a portion of each sale and donating it to the countries most affected by the unethical trade of gemstones and will update this page as our customer's hard-earned money goes on to again make a difference in the world.

And as soon as we can verify for sure the sourcing of our gemstones we will update all of our customers.
