DHL eCommerce Solutions Australia - International Shipping Update

International postal deliveries have been severely impacted by the global COVID-19 pandemic. There are
significant delays due a reduction in air freight capacity, up to 90%, local Government restrictions and
surging domestic parcel volumes, greater than peak season, placing a strain on local delivery providers.

Delays are further exacerbated by an increase in employee absenteeism and postal operators implementing
new measures to slow the spread of COVID-19, such as split shifts and a reduction in operating delivery
days.

We will continue to work on network adjustments to move freight as quickly as possible, however delivery
delays should be expected for all destinations including New Zealand and the UK, particularly for US and Canada where postal deliveries may
take up to five to six weeks.

Tracking capabilities are also impacted due to the increased volumes of international freight on hold at
international sort hubs. We are unable to open enquiries at this time with some vendors, once more
countries reopen we will see an improvement to tracking.

We want to thank you for your patience and understanding during these extraordinary times. We also want
to sincerely thank all the frontline postal operators across the globe for the dedication and commitment
they show in continuing to deliver, connecting people has never been more important during this pandemic.

Thank you and best wishes,
