Returns Process

If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Customer Service:

Email our customer service team at support@queenthelabel.com.au

Include your order number and the items you wish to return.

Step 2: Provide Details:

In your email, include the following information:

1. Order Number: eg. QTL123456

2. Item(s) for Return: List of Items You Wish to Return

3. Reason for Return: Brief Explanation of the Reason for Return

Step 3: Receive Instructions:

Our customer service team will respond with the necessary instructions and a return authorisation or RMA.

Follow the Instructions:

Once you receive the return authorisation, follow the provided instructions to send back your items. Please mark this RMA number on your return.

Important note:

Items purchased on sale or during a promotional period are not eligible for a refund and will be processed for store credit only.

We do accept returns, however we do not offer exchanges.

Due to our limited releases, we cannot guarantee sizes are available.
